Meet Our Founder

Miriah Menditto, RDH

First and foremost, I am a servant of Jesus Christ and strive to live out a Biblical Christian faith, upholding Christian character, morals, values, and ethics. I am dedicated to my Savior and the work He has set before me, with sincerity of heart and reverence for the Lord. My journey to becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist, as well as a born-again Christian, started in Springfield, Missouri. I knew in 7th grade that I would set out to become a dental hygienist. Looking back, I now know that God placed it in my heart and has called me into this field. I began prerequisite courses for hygiene school in January 2001 at Ozarks Technical Community College. I graduated as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant in May 2003 and started the dental hygiene program in August 2003, and continued to work part-time as a dental assistant.

In May 2005, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from dental hygiene school and gave my heart to Jesus Christ in August 2006. That decision changed my life completely! My best friend from hygiene school, Rachel Konnerup-Ivy, prayed for me for 3 years to be saved and God answered that prayer! I went on to further my education at Evangel University, from which I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2009. During my education at Evangel, I was blessed to be able to work with the Assemblies of God HealthCare Ministries in developing and implementing the first dental hygiene missions trip program, which has allowed dental hygienists to serve in short-term medical missions around the world and provide free dental hygiene services to those in need. In November of 2008, my best friend Rachel and I were the first participating hygienists to serve on the AG HealthCare Ministries team in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where we tested all of the programs new dental hygiene equipment on the field and saw many come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

All the while, I was working for Tri-lakes Dental Center in Hollister, Missouri (just south of Branson), where I stayed for 8 ½ yrs. When I got married to my wonderful husband, Jesse Menditto, I decided to go part-time and eventually became a stay-at-home mom for a season. When I was ready to return to work in 2014, I was introduced to temping. I began my temping journey and became employed with a dental hygiene temping agency in Springfield, MO. I fell in love with the benefits and service of being employed by a dental hygiene temping agency.

In July 2015, God called our family to Baton Rouge, LA, where I continued working as a temp RDH. As a hygienist, I’ve strived to uphold professionalism, honesty, competency, and quality patient care. My heart’s desire is to be able to provide Baton Rouge and surrounding areas with the same quality service and benefits of a properly ran dental hygienist temping agency…. Geaux Polish!
